Monotony: an epic tale

A fortnight's worth this time, leading off with an epic tale from John Atkinson's Wrong Hands, published under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Unported licence. I like the way he's taken cliche's and turned them into ordinary aspects of everyday life.

Other notable entries:
  1. Deathbulge seems gone, as at May 2015 it has been on hiatus for well over a year now. This entry on the best way to eat a hamburger stands in my mind as the best I saw on [Deathbulge].
  2. The hapless rabbit goes ice skating. [Buni]
  3. I'm a fan of Terry Pratchett's Discworld series and Death on a leash has brought this  to mind. [Half Full]
  4. What sends you more than you need? from [The System]
  5. Following on from being sent too much are these two (unconnected) cartoons,  the first being living instructions when caught in a loop and the second a dilbertesque example of a boss not understanding the modern world. [St Beals]
  6. Free Hugs usually strikes me as a fairly sleazy concept. This isn't sleazy but in many ways worse. [Half Full]
  7. Strip on the reproductive system of gingerbread people. [Argyle Sweater]
  8. Finally a strip on Asian Restaurants in small towns that would be funny if it wasn't so true although my main objection to the small town Asian restaurant is more the overall blandness than low prices and health risks. Perhaps New Zealand's food licencing protects us from the bad operatives. [The Oatmeal]

This is a resurrected page from the archives. Date from posting date of the featured comic. This blog entry really posted 24 May 2015.
